First of all, you need to place half of the thinly sliced onions in bottom of slow cooker. Next, you want to add the pork and some water. After that, you can add the remaining thinly sliced onions.


Now cover the slow cooker with the lid and set the cooking heat to LOW since you will be cooking the pulled pork for 10 hours. If you're in a hurry, you can set the heat to HIGH and cut down the cooking time to 5 hours.


After the cooking is done, you need to drain the liquid from the slow cooker first. When you have done that, place the mean back in the slow cooker and add the sauce and chopped onion. Cover it again and set the slow cooker heat to LOW.
